Emma, hell I see you got a little new intro there, Emma. And overtime you're what do you. Put that together? Wow? It was good? Excuse you? It was really good, Emma. I like the effort you put into this show. I will say, he put them, He gave me the pieces and I mid it. I said, wow, you did this on your own. I didn't have to tell you, but we do appreciate it. Yeah. Hey, her clip that she posted is now at one point one million views. Come a crazy. Good job, Emma, good job terrific. Can we just convert that to dollars somehow? Don't ask me. I saw one of her other host Fence that does a show that everybody should check out. He had some did he have a guest Emma yesterday? Yes? Oh, there are film filming. They're filming something. Okay, so they're they're filming some stuff for Vince Everette Ellison. So if you get a chance to check them out there. Things are growing at media squad. Oh it's crazy, you see, we're live. All right, I'll give him a chance. Are you ready? Last week I sprung it on you quick? Yeah? All right, here we go backwards and Fords. I did absolutely nothing. That's unusual once No, I did, and I absolutely enjoyed it, like literally just stayed in the house. Yeah, so the cat was still away. Ashley was still. And literally when you say that, she. Was still at Mass and Utton. Yeah. So it was just Reagan and I and then Ashley came home late Saturday because we had a funeral we had to go to. Judge Krantz's mother passed away, So we went to Judge Krantz's mother's funeral on Sunday. So that's about it. That's all we did this weekend about basketball, of course, so it's not like there was nothing. You just watch games, enjoy your your weekend. I would say I enjoyed it, but up until Sunday evening just five seconds. Yeah, like I had no idea. I guess we're going to get into that five seconds of misery? Is that in sports? Yeah, we'll talk about it in sports. Okay. By the way, a little later on, Uh in the show, we have a special guest, Kevin Foster. Don't forget. Yeah, we'll be uh talking to him later on. Yeah. I can't wait to get to that doing good things. Uh would you get done? That's right? You went to the beach, ran to the condo. Yeah, decided, you know, got a new job. Get Ready started. I thought, I figured, you know what, I'll just go down and relax for a couple of days myself the bring and uh yeah, just kind of transition from one get ready jump into the other. And couldn't have had a better dude. You know, the trip down to Beaufort. I'm going into Havelock and I looked down at my in the ac and it says eighty eight degrees outside. And I was shocked by that because I had read that you know, we're gonna be so uh cooler than that. So I rolled down the window. It was like smoking hot. I was like, oh, this feels so freaking good, just so good to just be warm again. And by the time I got the Morehead City, which is just an hour later, it was below seventy. Wow. It dropped like literally you could feel it. It was like, holy calm, it's just cool down. And by Saturday evening if it was thirty two, the just drop. Then as it started it started you can tell it is starting to pick up in the town. You know, Beaufort's a terresty place, yea. But for me, the coolest part was I could just sit on the deck. You can't really fill the wind or anything, but the horses came out to where I was, which was really really cool right across the water. So it was good, kind of cool. I think that we needest thing about your condo is being able to sit out there for sunrise. Yeah, and the boats. Yeah, like I went you let me go one time. I think it was January, was. It, No, Yeah, February February, so. It was freezing right, which was fine. I enjoyed doing stuff like that. Nothing. Yeah, And I I remember telling you, I was like Hey, like the weather apparently does not matter to these people. Yeah, there's a. Guy coming back on a boat and there's no way he's just frozen. Yeah. Like I could not believe they were still doing that stuff. Those shrimpers go out no matter what man. The and then seeing the boats coming in the afternoon, it's just neat because you get to watch them go all the way down that YETI is that what it's called. That's the Taylor Creek is the actual it's the river that comes off the noose into the ocean. Yeah. But what was really cool too, is I just left a slide and glass door open because the temperature wasn't coming inside any wasn't hardly any wind coming in the patio. But I could hear the ocean the whole night. So yeah, it was It was just a good relaxing weekend. And your your bedroom, yeah, got like a picture window. Yeah yeah, and you could just I leave that open and watch sunrise. Yeah, it's amazing. It was great. Yep, Uh, Emma, did you do anything? Nope, she didn't. It took off running. That's the weather this weekend. Yeah, I got so, I've got tomorrow morning, I've got the wisdom tooth coming out. Oh, I'm not looking just tooth or just one, just. One, just one? Okay, has it been bothering you? No, this didn't I swhear. I think they just wanted money. Oh yeah, but. He said there was a little crack in it, and he said he could patch it, and he's like, it'll be fine. Yeah, but eventually it's gonna end up cracking to the point where you're gonna have to have it taken out. If it's just one, it won't be so bad. Well yeah, Well, I was like, dude, I'm not waiting till I'm sixty five or seventy to try to do that stuff. Do it now, get it done. So I just said that if you're not like Jake Paul, they break your jaw. I don't know that's mask. Well, I asked the lady. I was like, how long is this gonna take? And she's like, oh, you'll be in and out in thirty five forty minutes. Okay, you still got to go on her gas though. The worst pain of my well, second worst pain. It was awful. Tearing a yeah, tearing a c O one teeth, two. Yeah, teeth wasn't good for me because mine got impacted whatever whatever, two weeks wasn't good. Good luck. It's a lot anyway. If you need me to bring something, let them know. Okay, all right, I'm not visiting. That'll look nasty. So you're not going to the river? No? I wish I could, but I don't want to listen to your brother. Yeah it's a good idea, imagine that. So what do you got planned? Uh? This weekend, I'd like to go to the river with Brad, but I haven't asked permission yet, so kind of feeling we're trying away for Mardy to have a good mood. I'm waiting for the. Well, you got to know when to ask, and she ain't listening, so we're all right, okay, yep, so I don't know yet, am I? What am I doing this weekend? Snowboarding? No jet skiin No, it's cold water still cold, Okay. I will be going to Eastern Service by myself. Oh yeah, I'm going with Caitlin to Sunrise. Yeah, because my family decided to book a trip and didn't ask, so I'm all alone. So we do the Sunrise Service at Cedar Oaks. Yeah. It might rain though, so we're wondering if they'll put it inside. All right, so if it is raining, it's canceled, they don't do it, well. Then I might. I don't know what I'll be going there because I gotta take my little sister. To church, all right, So I mean they will have a regular eleven o'clock service. Well, they have like an eight like they usually do, like an eight ninth thirty. Nope, I might be going to a different church. But it's not gonna rain, so we'll be fine. We'll pray, we'll be fine. Speaking of that, I don't know how I get my thing self into these things. So there's a fundraiser coming up. Okay, it's for life wise. It's basically where our church goes to public schools and as a student you can choose a Bible class and you have because you can't do it on a campus. You have to take them off campus. So they bring them in, they take a Bible class, an a for an elective, and they take them back so they do a fundraiser. Well, she's asked if I would do a fundraiser, like if I wanted a table, and I was like, yeah, sure, I can get eight people there. Yeah, I didn't know that I was paying for the table. Gotcha's twenty five hundred dollars. Oh, the old sucker. So I'm like, yeah, it's a good cause, Brian, what is this four? It's for our church bedrock, but it's for Life Wise Academy. I think it's what it's called. So I know. But I'm happy about it. Yeah, I think so. Anyway, all right, moving on this day in history, and this day in history. In nineteen fifty four, Yeah, the US Air Force Academy was created in Colorado. Huh I didn't I just I guess I just assumed that they always had something here, and then I guess they built that out there to move it out west. Yeah, you kind of wonder, I mean, when you think about it, do you think about it? We didn't even start flying till nineteen eleven, right, right, so couldn't have had an air force too much earlier than that? Good point yep? All right? Did you have anything for fifty years ago? This week? The Apple computer was invented? Oh yeah, Steve Jobs and Wilsnyak or. Something out of a basement. I just remember that, Oh seventy six, what do you think would have happened if they hadn't ha done that, would I have this phone? I always wondered something they would have come along sometimes, don't strength. Maybe IBM right was a different Yeah, it's different. Its pelting. Yeah, IBM was around, wasn't it. So I don't know if I know. Computers are around because the government had the big giant servers, the big giant areas for a computer. Crazy the weather. We got going, It didn't when I looked at the weather earlier, wasn't even supposed to rain. Wow, it's it's rolling. That could be the loudest I've ever heard of. It's amazing. Is how you take all that noise out? You're talented. I'll try. Yeah, I can't wait to hear this no pressure. Yeah, so that's what I have fifty years ago. Apple computer seams over there googling now a how to take out rain? All right? Moving on to our special guest segment. Our special guest appearance is brought to you by State. Great to be here with you, guys, Brian and Trent and Emma and you. I'm included. So last year we did a segment it was a Veteran Voices and American hero Stories, and it was it was the veterans that had come through that live here and I met Aim at Monument Terrace or in one case, your son in law, and they came in and talked about what it was like to be in the military. And I know you and I had this conversation, Kevin, there's a lot of people in the Lynchburg area that give their time and I know you do, and we've just had that conversation that you know, American heroes don't have to just be veterans. It can be what they do for the for the globe, for the world, for our community. And we discussed it. I was like, man, why don't you come on and talk about what you do which is fascinating to me, and talk about H two O life and how you got involved and what got it started and what your mission was and how it just grew and just if you could give a little bit of story of what you do. Yeah, before we start, I want to give you guys some swag at you, some hats and some mom yet he's over here, Sorry, Emma, I didn't know you were here. I'll make sure that you get some swag. And before we jump into that, I mean, like, how long have you guys known each other? Ninety four? Ninety four? Okay, So he lets you use his condo in February. You know you know where I'm going this, right, I mean, like, come on, bro, I mean you're welcome to go. Come on about June July except October. February, Like, no, no, no, no, no, come on, that's an airbnb, my band. I understand you've known each other forever. Dude, he's not that good a friend. Okay, all right, I see how things are like money. Yeah, and he likes the beach during the wintertime more than the summertime. I'm not a summertime Okay, crowds are too big. April is a pretty nice spot. You don't have to wear a jacket, you know, February you could have a parker and a pullover and a hoodie. And I'm pretty sure they thought I was a squad because there was nobody else there. Yeah, and what's up with the do I mean, you know, you guys got to do going on in here? It's just our drink each week, drinking choice or Yeah, it gets a little caffeine in us and gets us going. I got my own sweet tea, so I'll stick with that. Waiting on Pepsi to throw some money away. Let's go Pepsi does not happened. We're working out. I don't want to extend my limits here. But I mean, obviously coke might be into play. You know, steps up to play first. Hey, we'll prostitute anybody that donates to the show. So what got you into H two zero life? All right? So yeah, I got sidetrack. Sorry there, I'm a rambler at times, but h tu A life was birth out of a meeting, impromptu meeting that I had in two thousand and nine. So two thousand and eight market crashed around me. I am a real estate developer. I am a general contractor by trade for the last thirty eight and a half years. So it's basically all I know and all I do. And I've fortunately got to work with Trent hand in hand on a lot of engineering work over that course period of time. So I've known this dude for a very long time. And so anyway, I was at an indoor soccer game and an old friend of mine, his name was Vernon Brewer, came up to said what's up, Kevin, And I said, dude, you know, the market crashed, and so what we had to do is we turned all of our sales in rentals, you know, so we could tread water and survive. Yep. And so that's what we did. You know. So in eight nine and early ten, you know, we just converted over and went from a construction company to a management company. And he goes, well, what have you been doing with your spare time, and I said, well, I've been spending a lot of time with my daughter. You know, my youngest daughter was in college and she was majoring in graphic design monitoring photography, and so I started taking photography classes with her at nights. And so I said, hey, dude, I'm taking photography classes. He goes, you're doing what? Yeah, you know, at forty something, I'm taking photography classes. But I just want to spend some time my daughter. Sure. Yeah, he goes, you're not going to believe this, but you know, I just lost my backup photographer for a trip that I'm taking day after tomorrow, and do you want to go? And I said, well, I called him VB at the time. I said where are we going? He goes, we going to Haiti. I'm like, whoa wha wha wha wait wait wait wait stop wait wait wait if they had an earthquake there, like day before yesterday and the magnitude was a record, I forget. What it was, nine or whatever it was. He goes, yeah, yeah, yeah, you know in Quase Vernice in missions at World Help. And so I said, dude, I got to ask my wife, and so of course me and Verne said she's sitting right there, go ask her. And so I went over and ask asked her, and I said, hey, he wants me to go to Haiti day after tomorrow, So I'll give you the abridged version. Fast forward. I found myself standing in downtown Porter Princh, Porter Prince, Haiti, five days after the earthquake hit. Wow, and there's there's a thirty minute story that I could tell on how we got from Lynchburg to Haiti because Porter Prince was shot down, so we had to go to Dr Flino Santamingo. Whole nother story. And then we had to have translators because you know, we only speak English and in English to Spanish and Spanish to create oh, and so we had to have conversations that way. And so basically I would ask a question in English, it would go to a Spanish guy, which went to a Creole guy, came back from the Creole guy to the Spanish guy to the to the English and then heck, by the time I got the answer, I forgot what to ask him, right, I mean, so it was crazy. But so anyway, from that trip, I was impacted like, oh my gosh, you know, these people in this third world country which Haiti is. I mean, there's there's tons, tons of poor countries out there, and poor people out there and people in need. But man, at this moment in time, I mean, I can tell you stories. Grew some stories of stuff that we got to see over the two and a half days that we were there that just absolutely impacted me, you know. And I just I got in the van after all that was over with coming home and said, Lord, what in the world can I do? I mean, I'm you know, contractor, I'm a land developer. I live in Lynchburg. Yeah, I don't live in LA or New York or these big cities with a whole lot of big connections. Yeah, And I said, I don't know what to do. But but but but use me, you know, send me. So be careful when you say. That I've been there. Yeah, be careful when you say that. So I did say that, and over the course of the next three months, that short period of time, he let me realize that I have a connection group, you know, being in the construction business and being in the development business for all those years, just like you, I had a network of people you know that I could I could gravitate to and get their attention. And so I just had to figure out how to get their attention. Well that was one four letter word golf. Oh wow. So we started a golf tournament in twenty ten at Boonsboro Country Club and so we got it all together and we were gonna get it all fired up and we're gonna drill clean water wells in Haiti, in Guatemala and Africa and India all over the place. And so we had that tournament and go into great details with that as well, but I won't. But it was a huge success. And in that first golf tournament in twenty ten, we re raised sixty six thousand dollars. Wow. And so we had a live auction. Nobody ever done that. For my buddy you introduce Counts auction group. Bill Bryant was our auctioneer and so he did our auction force and it was absolutely amazing, incredible. So we started started from there, and then we progressed into the next five years at Boonsboro, and then after that we progressed in to our partnership with London Downs because of Bill, you know, because Bill Bryant's father in law, Ted Couns, owns Under Downs. Yeah. And so over the last sixteen and a half years we've had h two a life moving in that direction and We've had an amazing opportunity for impact around the world. Wow, that's incredible. So, and I know you do the oxtion to do the fundraising, and that's one part of it. But you're one of those guys that actually physically goes and does work and you bring people with you to help work. And so talk about that. Where you've gone. So you started Haiti, I've known you do. Guatemala's Guatemala just the place that you go to. Now, how did you get into Guatemala? So I met a guy by the name of Carlos Fargus who owns and operates and is the founder of Hope of Life International. And it's in a remote area of Rio Hondo, Guatemala. And for those of you that want to Google, that won't show up, So look for Zakappa. So Zacapa is the closest near city nearby Rio Hoando. And so we made that connection with him in twenty ten and then along with that a lot of other connections around the world. But Guatemala is a very good safe place. I know that there are three out of four are on the do not travel to lists, but that's just in the city. But it's a really good place to get in and out of. So if you want to take a short term missions group, I mean, if I'm taking them to Ginga, Africa. You know, we're traveling for two days, to spend three days on the ground, to travel two days home. It's a lot to ask for a lot of people. And the people in our groups are all business people. We don't have the typical I'm just going to say the word church. We don't have the typical church group that travels with us. So Central America is a really good spot to get in and out of. Without being exhausted. I guess. I mean when I traveled to Zimbabwe, I mean, it just it just kills you. I mean when you get home, you're like, it's like three days of recovery until you can really function properly because there's a twelve hour time check. So you got more time to actually do work too, right, I mean exactly. So I can leave her on Oak Virginia at six am and at twelve forty seven in the afternoon in Guatemala, I'm in country. Wow. Yeah, yeah, So I am there in half a day and then you know, a two and a half hour bus ride to the Ministry and we're all checking in to our accommodations and having a team meeting and having dinner together. And the next morning at seven am, we're up and at it and after it. So you've helped develop that and build that and as after you go. Are there other groups that come in and also work or. There's constant groups, constant groups that come in and out. Our group is unique because we're one of one, business minded. You know, people that come most groups are church groups. Nothing wrong with that obviously, but most church groups come down and then whatever need there is for Hope of life and Guatemala, they'll jump in and you know, roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty and meet that need with us. We started out as clean water wells. That's why we call it h two alike. So yeah, for the first ten years all we did was wells, and we did those wells all over the world. So if you can provide the basic need of life to somebody, just think about I mean, you know, I don't know where the camera is, but you know, here's a bottle that Emma gave me of the sawny clean water. In most of the world, they don't have that opportunity, whether it's in plastic or it's coming out of a spickeott, most of them are drinking dirty water. So a cycle begins very early in life for malnutrition. And so if you have malnutrition, you do not have an opportunity to be sustainable or to support yourself. So we started out this whole gig, this whole ministry, digging clean water wells. Because if you give them clean water, all of a sudden, ow, they're not's sick, they're not malnewers, they don't feel like crap in the morning. When they get up, they can actually go out and then work and provide for their families. So by meeting that basic need, change the cycle of poverty in their lives. And we got to see that change firsthand in the first five years because we go back to the same villages, you know, we go to all the new villages we put in wells, and then occasionally we go back to a village that had water and it was growing. So you're physically drilling the whales or. Not me physically. Okay, all right, all right, Brian, let's not get carried away. I love a shovel, but I love to tell people. How to use it. That's where I'm man. Yeah, yeah, but when it's available. We have drilling rigs and machines in countries where we can drill wells, but a lot of remote areas, like even in Guatemala, they don't have the capability of either getting a drilling rig or having the funds to do that, although we raise the funds for the wells to put them in. So a lot of these wells are hand dug. Oh wow. Yeah. So but fortunately in Guatemala the water table is very shallowcha, So typically from sixty to ninety feet. You might not think that's very shallow, but you take your to to Ginger Africa or Uganda, where it's twelve to fifteen hundred feet. Oh gosh, yeah, that's a whole lot of different story. So what they'll do is they'll start digging this well by hand. The size of this table wow at the top, and they'll stare step it down until they hit water, and then when they hit water, they'll start sleaving it. And it's the old school police system. You remember the masonry wheel where people would pull the bricks up. That's what they use. So these things are are thirty six inches in diameter and one foot thick concrete liners, and they'll pull them in one at a time, and they'll stack and grout stack and grout stack and grout stack and ground all the way to the top of the well. And on top of it, put a concrete lid looks looks like the top of a well here. And then if they have access to electricity, you know, we'll put electrical pump, drop it down in there, flip a breaker and water comes out into a sink fat with a little metal roof over top of it. Everybody from the village comes to that area to get clean water. If they don't have access to electricity, a lot of times we'll give them generator because they have they have access to fuel. Now, if you're going going to the uttermost parts of the Earth and you're in Africa and they have neither, if we have the money, we'll put in a solar panel. So basically what it is putting in three sections of scaffold bucks like brick bucks, and then we'll put a solar panel on top of it. Charges a battery will feed the pump to pull the water up. In the super remote areas, okay, super remote, they have a handpump. So basically, if you've got a thousand foot well, you got this really long leverage arm and they put the kids to work. So when they need water, the kids will start pumping. And it's kind of like a sea saw. And so the kids will pump and they'll take turns, and it literally takes twenty to forty minutes to get the first drop of water out of the well because you're priming that pump the whole way up, think about it, all the way up, and so when you start getting water, you don't want to stop. And so they have these jerry cans like fuel cans, and they fill these jerry cans up with clean water, and so they'll pump for hours and hours and hours. But dude, there's hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of kids in these villages. So they'll all come to the well and get things going in the morning and they'll pump for three or four hours at a time, you know, to get all their cans filled up so they can take them to their houses and whatnot. And so that's how that happens. You start from there. But just recently, I remember some of the videos that Jill put up y'all have done like dermatology centers, like it's evolved, right, So from where you've started fifteen years ago, there's now buildings that you help build for the communities, right yeah, yeah, yeah. So we started out H two A Life, that's her name, that's our brand. But you know, being project oriented, I. Mean you're on to build something. I love to build stuff, love building stuff. So our group, I don't say we got bored because we do wells every year. That's our basis. Will always stay on our basis, but we'd spanned it into development and so over the last ten years we have had the opportunity to build a lot of projects in a lot of different countries, like for instance, in Ginger Africa, we went down and COVID was two thousand and twenty February, right, We were there in January of twenty twenty and we built a church and we built a well there and so fortunately we got back in time just to hit COVID and that's what started the whole project oriented arm if I could say, of Age two Life. And since then we have had the opportunity to build a vocational school, oh wow, nine thousand square foot, Holy good and So what's really cool about that is our team, as you alluded to, our team goes every second week of February every year somewhere, and they paid a go and they donate their time and their talent to work on that project. And we did that vocational school. It was a two year project. We did the first phase four thousand square foot one year, and came back and did the five thousand square foot edition the next year. And he was so freaking hot. And this was in Sagappa, Guatemala that my buddy Mark Burrell was on the roof with me. They're like, dude, you need to get off the roof. And Ben who you interviewed a while back then Wallas was with us and it was so hot on that roof as we were putting that sheet metal on that I I mean, they're like, I'm not gonna put on the roof. I'm gonna be with him. So like, I'm on the roof crew two. So it was so hot that Mark passed out. Thank god, we had Dr Craig Petree with us, so he came down packed him and eye. He gave him some fluids, you know, right on site. He was okay, and I'm like, guys, I'm not feeling good. And I was still young, and you know, it felt like I could tackle the world. And I said, let's let's get off the roof for a little bit. So I came down off the roof and I took my shoes off, and I had blisters on my feet. So I had my sneakers on and my socks on, and then the heat had transferred through my shoes through my socks and put blisters on my feet. It was so hot. So that's how dedicated the team is. So we had the opportunity to put that vocational school together, and that vocational school to this day, kids are going through that school and there's a saw meal on the far end and there's a paint shop on the other end. You can take a piece of raw wood, goes through the shop, comes out with a piece of furniture, and the kids get to learn that trade every single freaking day. And if they if. You don't think about the impact of something, you know, you just think, oh, I'm nice, he built a little vocation school. But you don't You don't realize what it does to that whole country. I mean, so how oh, I'm curious After you did your very first one, because I mean for me, I mean the farthest I've been is Cabo, Mexico. I mean a good place to go. Yeah, But I mean I'm just sitting here thinking, like I'm in church. I hear people that come back they tell the mission stories and you said, you know the Lord, you know you said, use me right. Yeah, I've had those conversations, but I've never acted on it, just being honest. So when you saw the impact, did it change your life in any way? Of totally? It changed my mindset about everything that I do, everything that I look at, everything, every business venture that I do, every I'm going to use word leverage every relationship that I come into. I mean I am always thinking about, how can I leverage this relationship sure to impact the world, to impact h two a life. How can this person join this group, you know, find out where God is working and join them. And so that's what I do with every relationship that I ever come to. And it happened with me and you with your condo. You can tell my story. Yeah. Yeah, So we donated a week to his condo just to contribute to the to the effort. Yeah. So Star Evans and Wayne, Wayne, They're going, I think it's next week. They go, yeah, yeah, they got a good week, they got a warm week. Sorry is awesome? That is awesome? Terrific. Yeah yeah, because, like I said, I hear church groups and they talk about the missions and stuff, and man, I just can't see myself in doing something like. Oh I can see you doing it, but right here, let's go And. Just I've always wondered, well, you know the impact that it has on you, like, and that's it's refreshing to know because you just you take live stream, we do all this stuff and you're sitting here talking about just giving water to a community. Yeah, how impactful that. Is, Kevin? How And these are exactly the stories I hoped for. I mean, we had the veterans last year and their American heroes, and you're an American hero. You actually helped the world grow, right, You've created something And always I'm amazed it's just our little town of Lynchburg. How people do this stuff. It's just amazing. So for us, we're a conduit to the globe. I mean, we have a lot of people to listen. How can they donate, how can they serve their time or their money. How would they be able to donate to what you do? Well? I mean, if you're interested in H two A life is h twoodashlife dot org. Okay, and so it's a very old website. We're working on it right now. I'm not a technically individual. Media Squatch is a wonderful. Yeah, let's go. I need your help. But anyway, it's basically just gives you a little bit of intel, and it's old about what we do and who we are, and has a donation page on the back end. We're a very unique ministry and I gotta tread really lightly on this. Our board underwrites our ministry. So there's no administrative cost. Nice, there's no overhead, there's no salaries, there's no anything. So when you gave me your condo and it raised. X good amountain, okay, yeah, I'll surprise. That X goes directly into the field in those in need. I don't think people realize what you just said. I mean, I've been around a lot of nonprofit organizations and the organizations that do good, But my biggest scripes that I've had with those organizations is they have CEOs, they have boards, and I'm telling you a large part of their donation goes to these CEOs. Yeah, and when you say that, it's just it's refreshing to know that you're directly impacting with every dollar you can. Yeah. Yeah, that's great. So I am the founder, so you could call me CEO, CFO, see at whatever, but I am just I'm the founder of Aged to a Life. And then I take zero salary for what I do. And then I again leverage my relationships with all of the people that I come in contact with to either get auction items or get a discount on the golf course, or get a discount on the catering for the food. And our golfers that come to our event, which is the first Tuesday in October every single year at London Down's First Tuesday at noon make it real easy. When everybody First Tuesday at noon, and our golfers that pay to play golf that day, they underwrite the entire event that day and they know it. So all the their fees pays for their golf, their lunch, their dinner, the whole nine yards, and then all of our auction items like what Trent gave us or donated. So when we have a live auction. It's one one hundred percent out. Wow, very terrific. What's the future look like for HDU of Life? What are you all doing? What's your next things? All? Right? So I had this really incredible week just last week. I went back to Guatemala. We take our February trip with the group, and we had fifty business people and kids go with us, wo largest group ever this February. And so a follow up group to that, I connected with Thomas Roe Baptist Church and talk and Pastor Stephen Thomas who does the young adults, and he says, Hey, I want to take twenty kids, but I need you to come, like okay, use me again, use me again, Like I was just there two weeks ago. Bro. So anyway, all good. Got to go and got to see those kids serving get plugged in and that. It was just incredible. And I made these amazing connections with these two doctors. One was Freddy from l Salvador and one was doctor Bob from Lakeland, Florida. And I met him in this very unique way. They were standing on the side of the road and I was in a four wheeler and that's coming down the hill and I said, you guys, you need a taxi. He goes, no, no, no, no, I'm looking. For my drone and you know, fast forward and I was like, you know what, I got shorts on the heel the incline like this, what do you call this? This grade of slope trent. Very one. Yeah, so it's like you sit down and traverse down the slope with thorns and whatever. And so anyway, for the next hour, I helped him find his drone and we made this connection in that hour being in the woods and he goes like, dude, I've never been to Guatemala before, and I'm fired up most of the time. He goes to Jamaica and Elsalador, and I want you to just set in on a level one surgery this afternoon. I don't know if I can say this in the United States, but it is in Guatemala. So I got to scrubby in that afternoon and then watch him remove a lymphoma and I got to repeat that process the next day and he did three and so we just made this great connection and I said, dude, where do we go need to go next? Because last year we did a women's clinic and oncology center in the hospital there in Rio Hondo at Hope of Life International. The previous year we did a dermatology center with doctor ry Bornstead of Seven Hills Dermatology right here in Lynchburg, Virginia there when Bedford, which is amazing. They see an average of fifty patients a day. Talking by sustainability and H two A Life built that facility. H two Life built the oncology center along with Thomas Road. H to A Life built the women's clinic. And so meeting the doctor was an answer because I'm no medical guy, you know, you know, give me set of drawings and I'll go vertical in anything you want to. But you know, I don't have any ideas of what we need. And so doctor Bob he told me, He said, dude, you need a radiology lab and a blood lab. You need to be able to screen these patients when they come in because you're sending everything out and it's taking a freaking week to come back and by the time you know they're back home, we had to sew them back up. And so our goal for the next year twenty twenty seven is is we're going to put in a radiology center and a lab in the hospital where we already have an emergency room, a dental clinic, an oncology center, and a women's center. Wow, it's already there. Now we're going to put the We're going to pull the pieces together because of that connection that I got to make with doctor Bob looking for a freaking drone on this crazy slope where I was getting tore al on piece. But that is who you are, man, You're an amazing guy. Yeah, that's incredibly cool. So, I mean it was prayer, you know, to run into him on the side of the road. I mean literally, I mean I had no idea what was going to happen me. The engineer would have just kept driving like I didn't see him. Yeah. Oh man, that's amazing. That's good stuff. Well, thank you for coming in and sharing. It's been a blessing to hear it, and I'm sure those people listening are as amazed as I am. But before we let you get out of here, we always ask our guests a special question. Yeah, if you could choose one person, any person ever in history or current that you could just hang out with for one day and just chill, who would it be with and where would you Where would you hang out. Oh my gosh. I mean I've gotten to hang out with this person an incredible amount of time in my life. But he has passed sinch and it would be doctor Jerry Folwell. Oh, so first time we've had. Yeah, I had the. Fortunate to meet Jonathan Folwell junior, not junior Jonathan Fowell in nineteen eighty at Treasure Allen. Yeah, and we hit it off, and so we became friends. And that's when I switched over from public school to back then Lynchburg Christian Academy now Liberty Christmas Academy, and so got to know him. We became really good buddies. And then obviously I got to connect with his dad, and then we got to spend a lot of time at his house on Piedmont, got to know masl his mom very well, and just to see that man's worth, work, ethic and drive to reach the world for Christ. I mean he was driven. I mean this guy could operate on no sleep. He literally sleeped in cars and on airplanes and then two or three hours at night. So if I got the opportunity to go back and reconversate with somebody who was sitting right here, it would be Jerry Folwell, because he was such a huge influence on me. I mean, he took a vested interest in me at age fifteen, you know, as he did so many other people. I mean, my wife's got the story that she lived on Toledo Avenue and then he knocked on her door, you know, in the late sixties, early seventies, and invited her to come to church and their whole family, and he said, you know what, even if you don't come, I'm sending the bus. And so on Wednesday nights, the bus would pick her up in front of her house and take her to Wannas. Every freaking week. She was the only one out of the house. Old would go, she's got this crazy story. So he impacted me so much and instilled me on me so much over the years that I got to know him, that I got to know his family, that I got to connect with his son, Jonathan, who is one of my best friends today. That he had this phrase called b hag big hairy, audacious goal, and that never left my mind. No goal is too big for God. Zero goal is too big for God. Nothing of great importance is accomplished apart from prayer. With prayer and God, you can do anything. You can move mountains and you can change the world. Wow. Thank you again. A shed, a trampoline, even an ex wife. Media squatch can turn anything into a commercial. Man. You know, it said so frequently. I think, in fact, I think his son in law talked about it. You asked, sun in law, when someone says thank you for your service and he says, you know, it doesn't he's not bored by it. You asked that question, and then I just said that to him, and I realized it's not just military, you know, thank you for your service. I mean, that's a heck of a thing to have done. He makes me want to go on to missions trip. Yeah, dude, I said it because I don't think people listen. I know, I've often wanted to do a separate podcast called a View from the Pew because I think people sit in a pew at church and do the same thing that I do. I think they go, I'm supposed to be going on these mission trips. Everybody else goes, but I ain't going on no mission trip. And then I just it goes on and on, and you hear people say, well the Lord led me. Well, you know, I've had these same conversations for years, But I think other people do and I just don't. I think other people are like me. They ask you, Yeah, why, I mean, you know, and what was the impact? And yeah, I could see like seeing a kid drink fresh water for the first time. You imagine how that could be. That's what I'm saying. We're sitting here, technology out of it, and we could do anything. Yeah. I feel I felt exactly as I did when the military guys come in. I feel inferior, like I haven't done enough in my life. I did not. I didn't do that. It's crazy. It's never too late. It's not right. You should go on to life, liberty. Life, liberty, happiness, missions trip and we'll be we'd be abducted and iran. I wanted. That was in my thought process. Is hey, you know, are you ever fearful or are you welcomed? Yeah? You know, Oh that was a great question. Yes, you know what. Every time they're done, I always think, oh, I should ask this David for the save for the show the next show. All right, Moving on to drama, The Abandons. Huh, the Abandons. This is a show. Okay, it's a Western. I don't know if you like westerns. I do. Uh, it's pretty decent. Uh, The problem is with a lot of these shows is they never know whether they're going to have a second season or third season, which no show does. So the endings when they don't renew suck because you know it's not a second season, and so it's like, ah, that's it. But I thought it was a pretty decent plot in a decent show. It's on Netflix, I believe. And then of course the Madison I finished, had no idea that it was only six episodes this. Start, Yeah, that actually made me like it more. See that's where you and I differ. I hate I'm starting to really dislike Taylor Sheridan because I listen, don't get me hooked into a show, and then I got to wait another year before the second season. It's so stupid. No, we're definitely different. I'm glad when they're done. Because I forget half of what happened, and then half the time they don't renew. Or just like the other day, I was watching a series that was the second season finished in twenty twenty three and they just came out with a third season. It's like, dude, who can remember that. The way I look at it, though, is you wouldn't go watch a six hour movie. But it was a movie. So if they do it in six hours, you got to watch a long movie, is the way I look at it. So it was just a great movie. Madison, Madison. You convinced me last week. So this is how I got into the Madison. You had mentioned the Madison and I told you I was gonna watch Peaky Blinders, and I was coming home from the condo and I saw, you know, the guy that I like so much, the older millennial, the guy that's on TikTok, the one that's really he's not controversial, but he's like a right wing guy. He's uh, oh, yes, yes, that that TikTok guy. He's got a little goatee. Yeah, so he is. He's a he's a pure stud like that guy is an ex military kind of guy, and he's got the Madison written behind him. And he says, this is fantastic. So I was like, well, shit, shoot, Brian and the older millennial boat. I got to jump on that. It was fantastic. It was really good. No, I think it's I love there's parts of Taylor Sharedan that I really really like in his ability to bring the woke agenda into it. And let you know, this is how mainstream America looks at this, yeah is and he does it fantastically. So before him and maybe anyone but him, they always want to make it look like the woke agenda is the right way to look at something, and we're so tired of that. It is nice and refreshing to have somebody, you know, the whole carbon footprint and that whole discussion. You know, every show that you watch would be that's honorable. Where this show is like, that's the goofball right right. But the way I think it's masterfully done is like when the kids talk about the Native Americans, right, that whole stuff. Yeah, he's he's showing you they don't know any different because this is what they're being taught. So and you got the older jeintegration going what like you know what I'm saying. He's just good at what he does. It was really cool about that, And that's what I also like about Taylor Sharon. There's a lot of art in what he does. Absolutely. So there's a scene like. In the beginning of the show, do you remember the New York People and the little granddaughter gets upset that they use the word Indian tacos. Correct, Okay. In the sixth or seventh or final episode, fifth or six. In one of those episodes, the little girl is sitting there and the nice Indian asks her, would you like an Indian taco? And she says no, I'd like to have one of those cookies. She doesn't correct him. Correct, right, they've actually coerced her. They were just that is the words they use, and he's not offended by it. Yep. Yeah, because they invented the tacos. Yeah. But also, I mean just I think it also should wake people up to there is more to America. The New York, Chicago, Boston, you know cities. Yeah, there is a life that people are living. And I hits so true. Like I think we were maybe the second episode. I think I looked at Ashley and I was like that, that's what we do with the river. I mean, that is it. This is it. Yes, So it made me want to go to the river and hang out with my brother. Yeah, It's that's what it's all about. Yeah, So love the show. There was one part that I was a little cringey that I almost thought I'm going to fast forward, you know how, there's something I don't like, I'm going to fast forward the part where the burial happens, and it's like, so if you look. The executive producers were Kurt Russell and the older. Woman, Michelle Feiffer. Okay, to me, I thought she used that episode to be able to get her lines in about God and know God. I did not feel comfortable with that part, and it was almost like that didn't fit the show at all. She just used this because she's the executive producer, to throw her two cents in about no God. Okay, I didn't like that part. I looked at it differently because I've met people who don't believe in God. There is a journey to it, and that's the way I looked at it. As in listen when tragedy happens, that is said a lot that there's no God because they can't explain. How could you take this away from me? But it's all I'm curious to see if there's an evolution of her to God. Are you're hoping for another season? Oh yeah, I thought I just thought it was complete. I thought I thought it was just an ended show. Oh you think that she just now they've got they've got your hooks in with the daughters. Yeah, smoking hot daughter, both of them, the older one, the Madison. We've talked a lot about. All Right, what do you got? I had the Madison. I'll watch it now. I did also watch a documentary Are You a Red Hot? Chili Peppers Fane the band? Yeah? I love Yeah, I love it. They just did a documentary on Red Hot. It's new on Netflix. Okay, it is. I'm a decent fan of theirs. I know some of their music, and I'm a little alienated by the whole punk rock scene. But that dude Flee you know. What I'm talking about? That guy I just kept watching because of him. That guy is so emotional about his bandmates and how he was the weird kid but somebody actually believed in him, and because someone believed in. Him, he got a talent. And he was just so thankful for just his friends that said he could do it. It was really cool. I might have to watch it. What's wrong with you? Guys? Watch some weird things? Well, here's what I'll tell you. Not really weird? Am I like different? This is like if you asked Trent next week a question, he will not know the answer because he cannot remember it. But if Homie mentions a show six years ago that we should watch and I say, oh my god, I watched this this weekend. Have you seen that before? Jesus, do you ever watch the show? And I'm like, how does he turn into an when it comes to the show gets at me? It's like I don't understand. I can't. Yeah, you're watching something. I was like, no, ship, do you not listen to your own show? And I'm like, how does he remember this stuff? You just got to have a little map, just a map of how to navigate to the shows that I've seen. All Right, moving on, my small business shout out is a TikTok so. Now all my friends just thought Jesus he would do a segment and then explicitly told you not to add to it. You got the next two weeks because I'm curious to see what's on your algorithm. Now let's say, no, that's not what you said last week. No, I said I don't want to do one and then ahead. So what you cannot do, yeah, is shy away because I know you you'll leave off of TikTok Oh. I can't do that. That's going to be embarrassing. I'm giving you just what pops up in my algorithm? U, how do you not know me? I don't have an embarrassing my bone. Well you look at me last week? Why would you play that like I'm just telling you because I thought I was boring, I'm with you, Yeah, I still God. Okay, Well just to let you know what have at it? I snuck one end today. Okay. So this guy, these two guys are from England and they come over to America and they just it's their first time being in either a city or eating our food, and they just do a TikTok on it and they're hilarious to me. But again, why would they pop up on mine? I don't know. But this is Jason Josh I believe it is. And they're from the U. Okay, go ahead, cut whatever. So we're driving in America and we just saw this bridge and it looks like an optical illusion. This thing looks like it's going into space. Look at that. Look at that. Damn hell, that is insane. It's like you could drive off the end of it. It's like an actual rum, but you can't see the end of it. That is insane. Is that true? Yeah? That's in Louisiana. That's a real bridge. Absolutely. Okay, That's what I was going to bring up in my TikTok clip for you to have at it. Are you the point now where you don't know if you're watching something that's real? Yeah? That and it's the it the account is even real. Yeah exactly. People, I mean, let me ask you, is there any chance I'm gad driving across that trip might get squeamish on the ship. Literally, if he would have drove across, I probably would have just looked at you. It's crazy. I'm afraid of I'm afraid of heights. So my friends, no that when we go across a tall bridge or it's a suspension bridge, or something is tall. It could be a radio tower next to us, I will say these words to you. Hey, if I black out, grab the wheel because my my zone closes in and for some reason, I mean to with you, no, no across these things. Really, if you're in the passenger seat, get ready to grab the wheel. Nobody's ever had to do it, but I'm telling you it freaks me out. Bridges is kind of valid, weridges kind of freaking out. There's no way I'm going across that. I tell you right now, I think we should take a t I'm gonna use google maps. The face from England. They're like, what's this. I'm gonna use Google Maps and I'm going they have bridges like that name around that damn thing and I don't know. That just does not look. Like But if you can't get around it, I mean, what do they do? I for ices? Then do I just notice? Why is that car halfway off the road? Was he texting? More than likely he was trying to figure out how to get around it. He didn't want to go. Oh he is merging from a ramp. That's a little scary. All right, So moving on sports. It's time for sports. So do y'all see comments or on YouTube? By the way, you want to go to at YouTube underscore excuse me at you want to go to YouTube and go at l H Underscore podcast to check out our YouTube, which I just did. And that's why I realized that I had a sticker on my bill my cap this whole time. Well, I'm looking at it, but I don't ever see comments. Okay, it's fine, No, not her. You don't want to hear her comments? All right? Before we get to March madness. I had scrolled across this trend and I was a little worried. The Chicago Bulls had a kid that they had drafted, I think number four overall Ivy. Okay, all right, they have released him because he released a video basically chastise the NBA for having Pride Month. Oh okay, so the Bulls let him go ridiculous. And what's crazy about that is they literally try to make him look like a crazy person because he's Christian. And I'm like, so, I don't know if you noticed, but Trevion Henderson, which is running back for the Patriots, he basically posted a video that yeah, I'm right there with you, man Like. So, the way I think about that is you're warned as an NBA player about stuff like that, and your boss has the right to fire you. And maybe Chicago has a huge gay following that comes to their crowds possibly, so you have the right to be fired for saying the wrong creed. So, but but you also have your own principle and I think it's lame that because you have an opinion. Now I don't know what he said. If you use the F word, that's the thing. No, I went. It was not oh, home phobic, it was literally, why are we forced to these things? Yeah? With gay pride? Yeah, you know, and it was it was basically my religion. I mean, he was basically stating because I went today because I was thinking, Man, what did he say? Did he use a slur? Whatever? Right, the one that Kobe Bryant used and is not fired at still a legend. So anyway, I. Love on him. I opened the beer in this show. I'm glad youated for Kevin to leave before you did that. Turned it back. That girl went on that damn spring break trip and she's come back a drinker. Yep. Yeah, I think I'm an alcoholic now because of you. Well, it's a good starting line. I just noticed on my agenda that I March Madness was on there, and I don't know. Dude, I read that and thought you did that on purpose. No, no, because I've actually got a cut about Duke. I don't know what happened to everything, But what you say about Steve Kerr here all right, So what I'm saying is they don't mind Steve going out. Oh he's gonna rant about Trump or anything else? Yeah, no, kings whatever, and That's what I don't understand. It's like you're not allowed to have an opinion anymore. Yeah, anyway, all right, so moving on to march madness. Yes, so I was enjoying my March madness. As you should have been. Up to a point and ten seconds to go. You know, Duke was playing terrific basketball, probably the best game I had seen them play all year against Yukon, And unlike other people who freak out over giving up a nineteen point lead, I actually said, dude, Yukon is way too good to not have a comeback. Now. I think Duke could go on a run and maybe win it. But I totally expected Yukon to come back in the second half, so I wasn't mad about losing the lead. But I think Duke did exactly what I thought, which was they were tough enough to make buckets and do things to win, and then they you know, had to. Screw up at the very end. So this this is the screw up at the very end. Cut one or. Two, run through the ball's better than the skuy get it into blueson. Bamer, Sir, I had booser that ball before I stole about goings Caravan two seconds tosses it up. That's good. I can't believe you actually showed us. And what's crazy. He's a freshman, dude. Yeah, So I'm in I'm in my bedroom when this happens, and I'm not joking. When it swished, I just I put my head down and I did. I said to myself, I said, man, we've had it. We've done it. Duke has done it so many times that it was bound to happen to them eventually. Well, yeah, and so you play sports long enough, that is going to happen. And then I started to beat the bed with my fists. Then the meltdown started. I literally walked into the kitchen. My wife was cooking tacos and had burnt the taco shells earlier, and I said, we had a nineteen point lead to you burned the taco shells. And then I realized how much my life has changed, because Trin can tell you that is an event that would have ruined my week and everybody else around me. Dude, when Virginia used to lose to Virginia techon football, I was depressed. For a year. It would make me Yeah, and so. I'll tell you this. I literally Logan calls me and he's off the hook, right, just livid mad, And I said, god, I used to be like that. Man. I was like, but it's it's at the end of the day, it is a basketball game, right, And He's like, just these kids nowadays, they don't value winning. They're gonna go make their money. They don't care that they lost. Like Logan, I'm pretty sure they were upset. I was like, he s, well, damn it. They should be having suicidal thoughts by now. And I'm like, what are you talking about. Just it's just the competitive nature. I guess I've gotten old. And I'm like, you said enough of it to know it's going to happen. Like all of us that watch sports, when Virginia goes up nineteen in the second half, I still am not comfortable that we're going to win the game because I know I've seen. It correct, And with today's athletes, it's just a nineteen point lead is not what a nineteen point lead was kind of like the NBA. Now, a nineteen point lead with Tony Bennett is different. Oh, he ain't get a nineteen point lead, correct, He's gonna have a three. Yeah, but you know his defense was such that he's just not giving up nineteen points. Yeah, I mean it wasn't Duke. Somebody's not giving enough credit. Weren't they without their point guard that they had for the year. No, yes, he would come back in himself. I mean, I got you. I thought he was out for the remainder of the year. He turned back on a three week after fracturing the foot. How that happened? What I'm saying if he had never fractured his foot, wouldn't he have been the he'd been playing more than the other boozer guy? Yeah? Yeah, so little boozer. I felt sorry for little Boozer. Yeah. Well you think big Boozer will go to the draft and little Boozer will hang back? I do, But I hear hear me all here we go. This is where you every year tell me why the star is going to stay? Why would it be different now as opposed to then? Every year you. Tell me that it's not different. Now, you're gonna say, Cooper Flag loved it. You're gonna say, I'm asking you, is anything different now than what used to be? I don't know. So they don't get paid now. When Cooper Flag, I'm sure got paid quite a bit of money. Sure he did. Yeah, he was them. I'm just telling you. You do this to me every year. You always tell me why they love Duke so much if. You were him. Yeah, okay, your dad's wealthy, you're wealthy. What is the attraction to leave? Two years ago? You could have said, there's an attraction, but you're getting paid four million to be at Duke. Yeah, well, we'll see you want and then as soon as he enters the draft and gets drafted, I will tell you I'm not here. We go. I'm saying Zion Williamson loves Duke so much, gonna Oh. I think if you ask Zion he would have absolutely rather stated Duke. Yeah, you don't think so. I'm sure he's very happy with the millions he's got. He might be, especially since he didn't play right. That's why you make it while you can. Yep. So somebody's gonna do it, Okay. The only person that really should have done it is Caitlyn Clark. To me, she should have been the one that stayed in college and made money in college. Because she did. She got her ass beat. She left a year early. She didn't she graduating. Yes, I thought you had another year of at Iowa. No, okay, she had done it for okay, I thought she had another year left. So I'm just I will get staffed to research that. I think Boozo maybe the older, maybe the only one that leaves. I think that there they got everybody coming back. So I thought the mistake that Yukon made was not fouling oohgobwey. I kept waiting for them to do it, and they wouldn't do it. I thought, well, I was like, what is he thinking? And then they still ended up winning, and I was like, well, I guess he knew what he was doing. Did you see the infamous Roger Airs, Yes, you sent that to me. Yeah, what in the world was he doing there? All right? So what's crazy is he was on a show today Dan Hurley. And man, I think it's if you haven't seen it. For those that haven't seen it, Dan Hurley after the bucket has made pretty much headbuts Roger Airs the official while they go look at the clock. And stares him down. Yeah, but he said that they he said Roger is the best official, and unbelievable that Roger didn't call technical or do something crazy. Correct, And he says they carry on like that. He said, if you know Roger Roger is, he's lighthearted, he keeps it. He'll tee your ass. Yeah, but he also even after he teased your ass, he's going to laugh and tell you there's a line, don't crow. You know he is the best official so from roan Those that don't know he's from Roanoke. So here's what pisses me off. I agree with you one thousand percent. And I said, because people were texting me, they should have teed he should have teed him up. And then you heard announcers literally saying this is going to allow other coaches now to head butt a ref. I'm like, just stop. I actually said, this should guarantee Roger Ayres a final four because the dude had the patience of job. Because I didn't know what the tall he was. Going to get a final four anyway or a final He didn't. He didn't get a final four. Oh, and I'm like, dude, what is up with the NC double A? They released their officials for the Final four and he wasn't on it. That was actually on ESPN today. I think they were shocked. That's unbelievable, Like it's crazy to me. And Harley even said he was. He said he is the best official in the NCUBA by far. But the reason you wouldn't do it, I mean, anybody's officiating. You can't make yourself bigger than the moment. You let the moment play out, the moment happened. You can't then go, oh, I'm going to become bigger than that. If you're Teddy Valentine, yes, you make yourself bigger than than the moment. And I actually said, I was like, you know what, if it's an issue, then the nc double A should take it up and suspended. Otherwise shut up. Yeah, that was a heck of a play though, Man I was the one that will live forever. Yeah, correct, so, but I also I just I can't stand the people well John charge, you know, we'll get into that later on. Yeah, that was that's Stuff's absurd, It's absolutely absurd. I was there, My mom and I were in an ACC tournament and I think Lado was the coach. I'm pretty sure, but we were there in Virginia's up nine to have a huge upset against I'd been Florida State. With a minute to go, we're up nine and lost right in front of us. I've been in the man it's heartbreaking. Final four? Quickly will the Big ten finally win? The beginning? Well, they got a two team matchup, right, Is Illinois and Michigan playing one another? Is that how it goes? Okay, so they're across I think so, So they could play each other in the final. Michigan's playing Arizona. Okay, Well, well that's the fact that's the title game. Yeah, Arizona is just I texted you during that game because they were down against Purdue and I was thinking to myself, you look at every single position other than the center. It's really like every single one of them, they're like thirty pounds heavier than the person that's guarding them. They kind of remind me of U and LV a little bit. They're just stronger athletes. Yeah, be hard to knock them off. When is the last Big team Big ten team to win a national title? Who is the last? This Michigan? It was Michigan State. Oh, Michigan State, oh thousand. Oh wow, it's been twenty six years. Wow. But Team Cleeves was no kidding. Wow, that's unbelievable to me that Big Ten has not won a title since then. That is crazy. All right, Moving on quickly, F one Mercedes is dominating. Dude, I can't get the Apple TV thing. I can't. I don't even know to look for it anymore. All right, So this was on ESPN as well. Oh it was no. Oh, I'm saying this comment, so you to think I'm making this up. Okay, So it literally said, is Max for staffing, literally calling it quits with F one? That's he done? So he keeps he is driving a what do you call those cars? I did see that he's or another series. Correct, and he has talked about it. And I'm telling you, if you watch F one now you understand why there's going to be people say, oh he's not winning now he just wants to leave. Listen, if you're going to do what NASCAR did and take the power out of the cars, yeah, and I mean it's stupid. Yeah. This whole battery stuff is just dumb. They said to him, Are they much slower? Are the car slower than they were? I don't think it's the slower, it's if you don't use it's the bad battery fifty You have to use it at certain times. And it's like, well, you know this stop if I'm flowing it down straight away and I might car start slowing down because of battery. It's it's the environmental woke people changing the sport. So anyway, F one is off for the next Actually, they don't come back till May. Huh not because they have a break because they've canceled two of their events because of the war the Iran Yeah, and so not war. The next one is in America and it's Miami in May. Let's do it NASCAR that car Martinsville. Yeah, they were in Martinsville. Hamlin dominated the race. I've enjoyed the NASCAR races except that one. I've been a NASCAR Martinsville fan, but that was just kind of boring. I mean, didn't he Handlin dominate at all. It wasn't until Chase Elliott for the first time that I've seen in a NASCAR event that it works. And I learned the term watching F one is what short pitting is. So I'd heard people try to do that earlier. Is if you pit early enough, then when you get out of the pitch, you're faster than the car that stayed out because you got new tires. He did it early enough that he made up nine spots. Yeah. Well, I mean he ended up like it wasn't even close. Yeah, he was way ahead. Yeah, that was what a great call? Now, that was interesting, but other than that, it wasn't very good good. I mean each stage, the top three cars in each stage were the same. Now they're off this week too. Yeah, they'll be back at Bristol. So, oh, do you want an update on the points? Yes? And I guess if Carolyn is Caroline, Kevin Colin should be Okay, I got a text. We have time. Yeah, we're going good. Lord, I just can't even quit talking. I don't think I'm. Kevin won last week by the way, Wow, you got twenty six points and you got thirty two. I got thirty nine. All right, so uh moving on? That is sports. Onder what's happening? It's time for news? Do do do do? Do do? Do? Uh? Man? I swear did I even do a syllabus this week? Is that what you call it? Wow? Basically that we had. The No King's Rally? Oh gosh, yeah, and it's turned into I Hate America rallies. White old liberals. It's awful. Yeah, I mean you I saw one clip of a guy's spray painting kill ice. Yeah, I saw uh flags of Iran with Have you noticed what the movement doesn't have young people or black people. They're not very diverse for the people that want diversity. Yeah, there's no diversity there at all. Apparently. I guess we had some of that stuff here, right. So I didn't know there was a No Kings thing going on. I was in Beaufort, Okay. So I drive my vehicle out and I'm getting redirected and there's a crowd of people. I pitt you. There's a thousand people there. And the guy's walking next to me before I got in my vehicle, is walking next to me and he's just carrying a sign and it says no More Lies. And he's walking next to me like I'm with him, but I'm not. And I like, okay, obviously you're going to protest something. I didn't even know it was a No King's Day at that time. So I see him and his parents are behind him, but he's wearing his Patagonia shirt jacket, the little puffy jacket type thing, and he's going to his little rally. So when I get in my vehicle, I look over and I see all those people, and I thought, okay, we're on Beaufort, the touristy area. There's no more. Privileged people than the ones that are on this island. It's awful. What are you bitching about? It's crazy. I actually said something to a younger people today about the cities, big cities, and I'm like, they're all ran by liberals. And I was like, here's what you don't understand. I was like, I can tell you right now. New York was worse in the seventies than what it currently is. I was like, it can be fixed. Rudy Giuliani made New York true wonderful, and look how they've turned on him, Like he should go down as the best mayor that's ever been in New York City. Yeah, easily. So when, by the way, I don't know if this is in your group. Are you talking about, Mam Donnie an he okay, so Mom Donnia was up there yesterday. Now he's wanting to institute a twelve billion I guess that's the number, twelve billion more Freese things. However, they're already twelve billion dollars in debt, and so he's saying we can't really do these free things that we want to do because we've already been doing the free things for the illegals that have been here. In twenty twenty, they had a surplus a five million good lord. In just five six years they have gone into debt that much. It's so sad. Yeah, but I mean this is listen, You've got a president that is doing everything he can to make things better here. You know, with Iran, like somebody had mentioned something, you have a country that really wants to kill you and your way of living, and you have a whole side now that is rooting it. Used to you could argue of a war like that happens with Democrats and Republicans. Yeah, it happened with Afghanistan and Iraq. Even out on day one, even in the Republican circle, and they weren't rooting against America ever, right, right, And yet we have a whole party that roots against America. They want us to fail. Period. It's sad, all right, quickly, birth right, birth right citizenship, that's on the agenda for the Supreme Court. Where do you stand on that? I honestly don't know enough about it. I think. The whole idea that you can come over here and be a citizen because you were born here, and we're the only country that does that. How did that rule come about and why do we do that? I don't understand that. I would assume it came early just because we need to be yeah, small country, and when you came over here, you know, that makes all the sense. So I don't know if that's a constitutional thing or if that's a law thing. So it'll be interesting to see with how they come down on that. All right, So this is an interesting fun fact I found. Okay, I like fun fact. Census data. Okay, fifty three four and twenty one residents have left La County in one year Trent twenty twenty four to twenty twenty five. It's the largest decline of any US county. But I mean, that's what's going to start happening in New York and other places. I think part of it is they want them out of there so they can start coming with their ideas to change us. All right, er, pow, Oh, hey, what's happening here? So we went this far? You haven't mentioned something in the news that I just realized. I saw a couple of clips that I didn't know they meant today. Do you know today we're launching a astronauts, four astronauts. Do you know where they're going to the moon? We're going around the moon? How is this not capturing the nation? Correct to see if this thing launches. It's supposed to launch at six thirty, like it might be launching while we're doing this show. Emma, did you know we were sending people. To the moon? Yeah? I saw it today today. How has this not been a huge story? It should be. So we're doing a loop around the moon, is what we're doing. Okay, okay, you know when the last time we went to the moon was? Please him? It's not nineteen sixty three. I've got trivia for you. So it was nineteen seventy two? Was the last time? Good lord, we have gone and put a man on the moon. Do you know how many people? How many trips landed on the moon? Five? Oh? Good, guess it was six? So there have been twelve people that have actually twelve Americans have walked on the moon. Has any other country had a man walk on the moon? Australia, Russia? The answer is zero? Oh wow, try no on the country. Now they have shot the moon like they've taken a rocket and just pierced the moon. So China, I know, they just want to say they did it, they hit the moon. But it was China and Russia and India I think was one that is made. Yeah, I forget they exist, all right? Uh moving on to her post of the week by an idiot. Yeah, I'm just gonna say it was posting a video that called John Shire a fraud. Move on from that, Uh, this week's killed by an immigrant? Oh man, Yes, Kimberly Flores. She was allegedly killed by two Honduras immigrants in California. One of the immigrants, okay was her baby daddy. Okay, all right. He had been arrested prior for a domestic as salt battery. False imprisonment, right, yeah, probably easily detainable, yes, but la like always denied request to be to detain him by ice. Homie kills her with his buddy, shoots her and kills her. She had a five year old. Ridiculous. Thanks Joe Biden. Yeah, That's what I'm gonna start saying after each one of those. Thanks Joe Biden, thank you. Thanks dem So we go from that to a president with a set of balls. Yeah, so this was a question that somebody asked him. Now listen, Emma, you can cut it off right after him, because it's so funny. It goes into this clapping or something. But anyway, Uh, this is President Trump. Win win win. Government threatened a bunch of US companies today in the region, including Google, Apple. With what what are they threading them with? Guns? Yeah, threatening on with what we've torn. We've torn him apart. I love it, answers man. He's just yeah. So our nephew Grayson is upset that he has mentioned about putting boots on the ground that he doesn't to Grayson, that's and I know it is for a lot of people to line And I told Grayson I'm not upset by it because I'm of the school of the opinion if you do have nuclear material that you have moved to a deeper canyon, somebody's got to get it out or else they'll just threaten us with it again in three years when they're able to pull it out and everybody's relaxed, right, So you got to have somebody on the ground. And if you have people threatening to shoot ships from the mountains at the Straits or hor Mews. We need somebody there to make them give up. Yeah. So I don't think it's going to be the battle and the jungle like we had in Vietnam. Is my gut, but sometimes we make that mistake. So if it becomes that, get out. But I would not be opposed. Once we've decided that we're going to do it, you got to do it. And Trump is the kind of guy that's going to go do it. Oh, absolutely, yep. All right. Moving on to Mount Rushmore, Yes, Mount Rushmore this week I love is the good Rules. Yes, changes in your first one, yes, I wish I had thought of that. So my Emma, do you have a list? Yes, so don't yell at me. All right, So my first one is volleyball side out scoring. Yes, I wish I had thought of that. I guarantee Emma has no clue that volleyball. You used to only score when you served. Yep, that was it. I mean I watch a lot of all they drug on for an hour. Now you only had to score to fifteen. You only had to get to fifteen. That's it was shorter, but it took forever for you to get be able to get the ball back and get a point. When was this? I would say it probably changed in the late nineties. Oh yeah, that's. But it totally changed the sport, made it exciting. Yes, so the two line passing hockey. Dude, I hadn't read your list. I've got had that off my my list too. Oh god, I remember. Always stopped the game. Oh it's awful. Uh the pitch clock in Bay put that on my list too. It is. We actually actually paid for Ashley shut your ears off MLB Baseball because I want to watch baseball. Oh good, right, that's good. I'm want to come to your house. Since I'm not paying for it, I'll give you my password. But like always, Trent your owner, we still are not through all that. So everybody else can get Baseball MLB for ninety nine dollars a year and watch every baseball game, not us, because we have the Orioles in the NAT. You're a kidding. Nope, two hundred bucks because you have to pay for MLB or and the Gnats, so it's like a package deal. It's just like, god, how are we still the only two sports that's ridiculous are the teams? Yes, the Oriols and the Gnats. Now you can just get the Gnats for like ninety nine dollars, yeah, or you can get the combined package for two hundred dollars. So I did the combine. I'm not doing it either, but I do think the pitch clock has made it so much better. Yep. Uh the running clock in high school sports, I being a former coach, oh oh on like blowout, solely appreciated that. Yeah. Whether you're on the good end of it or the bad end, trust me, it is. It's a lifesaver to have to Yeah. When you used to have to just deal with it, Oh, it was miserable. Unlus you had the guys running up the score seeing how many they could get. Yeah. And football, Yeah. The run it's running until the last couple of minutes, like even if you go out of band. Yeah. It's made the game much better, much better. All right. So that's mine. All right. So Chris gave us a list that benefit of the sport. He put his number one is my number one to three point line in basketball. Okay, he put the shot clock in basketball, all okay, moving back the extra point in football, Actually, I think I like that too. In the NFL, moving the extra point for the back Uh inter league play in baseball that is a really good one. That hadn't thought of that, and the universal d H in both leagues for baseball a long time. Yeah. Yeah, it just was come on, man, stop giving me an easy out. Uh, Emma, Okay, So I don't know if I are like rules, but just things. Okay, this one's not really this is sports in general. Excuse you Olympics banning transgender women. Ah, good call, great rule, y. Yeah, and now them girls won't be pubbled in boxing and everybody just goes, Oh, I didn't see that. That was a man. Come on? Yes, So then I did the twelve team playoff rule. I liked it. That's a good call. I didn't like football. Emma, you brought it? Is that all you guys? Why not usually bring it? No? Okay, not all the time? Thanks? Oh playoffs NFL, those teams getting the ball in overtime. Oh that has been she has a better list. Than to you. The only one team would get it. I hated it, Yeah, because all you do is, especially nowadays, Yeah, kick a seventy yard field goal over and. Get the kickoff and then just kick a field goal because then isn't it after that? Whoever scores first? Isn't it the first? If you score a touchdown, the game is over. But if you get a field goal, the other team has the chance to get a touchdown. Okay. And then lastly, they changed this year targeting penalty. If it's your first time offense, you no longer face automatic. Suspension's bringing stuff that I didn't know? Did you mentioned targeting last week? Whole game? But if it's your first offense, who. Is this emma joke? Like a really good new bumper research before you? Actually I took my drugs today. Awesome. Okay, that was with a four A mine real fast because we got to get to have at it. The best part of the show. Three point arc. Uh. Do you remember his zone defense in the NBA that if one person just happened to be in the zone the same time another guy was, the referee would call the zone defense violation arms reach. Yeah it was God. Yes, they are the pitch clock, you said, the pitch clock, which I agree with you. But next to that, I'll put the picture has to face three batters. Oh yes, that's a great rule. Where were he remember that used to be left handed batter, left handed pitcher, right handed batter, right handed pitcher. They just kept switching and switching. It was like, oh, but now I think you have to face three hitters. If I'm right and I had the hockey one that you did, how about this one to institute a new rule. What if the half court shot or beyond was four points? Hmm, I don't have a problem. Let's in the arc was new, it was only two points. Before the arc, you could only score two points on a basketball game. I don't have a problem with that because it absolutely then makes a four point game winnable. Orb and stop advancing the ball right throw it in the background, which, by the way, if the men had done what the women did, Duke could have advanced the ball and thrown it in either court and the game probably would have been over. But going the length of the court has excitement to it, and I think the NBA and the women's game miss out by not letting that happen. Absolutely, Okay, that's it, all right, moving on, Hannah. All right, let's just jump into this. Dude, I love this story. I think it may have talked talked about it last week, but this is what a great story this is. This is the Purdue coach talking Katie talking. This is the existing Purdue coach talking about the previous per who coached Jeane Katie. He just said, hey, you're going to stay in the summer, go home for a couple of weeks. You're gonna stay for two months. You can go in for a couple of weeks, you'll come back. He goes, you're gonna go to summer school. If you don't go to summer school, you don't get a job. And you needn't learn to wake up in the morning and go to school. Wake up in the morning, go to work. He goes, successful people wake. Up in the morning. I'm like, damn right, the other teams in other schools didn't say this. So he walks out there. I said, damn, man, I ain't feeling him like I ain't feeling all that. He said, that's the only dude that walked in here and told you the truth. So he's talking about being recruited. I didn't know that he played it. Yeah, so I had no idea that. But he was talking about gen Katy coming in there and telling it you're going to work when you ain't playing, because you're going to learn to get up in the morning and the most successful people get up in the morning. I just man, And then he said, I ain't feeling that. He goes, that's the only guy that came in here and told you the truth. I just love that, all right. So I was in a hurry, so I'm not exactly sure what all these things are. So we're just gonna have to potluck. What's cut fifteen or cut fifteen say. I'm pickling your aura? Yeah, all right, this one was done so that Grayson will watch the YouTube. This is how liberals improve life. When your aura, she's got to do you deal with everything that's going on. She's being pickled. Oh do you feel it? Crispy and refreshing. I'm actually hurting on the inside. That actually pained me. I worry about. Oh my god, I just think about Grayson watching these things, and dude, he always messages me, I'm dying. Better watch this because we endure the pain. Oh my gosh, she's taking a pickle and making you feel better, refreshing. She's actually squeezing one out. All right. Cut twenty oh oh oh oh oh, Brian, Okay. Did you remember anything you sent me today? Okay? No, Well, I mean I usually I have a time to write it down, but everything's been busy this week of my freaking donuts and this son of a gun's got pickling. Okay, well, I got a really good one in here at the end, but I'm trying to get it in before Kevin calls. All Right, dude, these are liberals in Canada. Okay, I this is one that I'm telling you. At first I thought was a I. Later it becomes a I. But this is the Democratic Canada Convention, the new Democrats. Listen to how they talk. There's a point of privilege on microphone one. Then we'll go to microphone three. Go ahead, delegate. Yes, hello, I was standing here with my gender equity card before you called on the previous speaker. That's my point of privilege that I would like to. I will explain this speaking order which is fixed that I cannot amend, which is the pro con rotation. You can move yourself up the line that you're standing. I am pro, and I was we went we went pro, we went profile pro, and my plan was. To go con. The speaker at con WIT III also has a speaking card. Yesterday, this card was used in an inappropriate matter. And while I understand in Ontario we know this is equity, even if that this was also used inappropriate in terms of gender. I want everyone to be mindful that these cards for individuals like myself who identify as a black woman have no value outside of this space. Okay, that's Canada, but that ain't far from the American Democratic Party. Man, So listen to what happens in the next part when you actually have to start making rules that you live by. These dumb things listen to the next one. Girl again, Thank delegates not to call me madame Cherr who madam a pisidils. I'm a non binary person. My pronouns are them in their microphone? Two? Are you on this resolution? Yes? Microphone too. Please. My name is Mastura Tasnim. I'm she. My pronouns are she they? I'm from Ontario. Hello Bojoux. As we conduct this convention today and the past two days, right now, there's discussions of ten thousand American men and women being sent to Iran, being deployed just to be part of this blood bat. Canada cannot and will not be part of the legacy of blood that was built in Iraq, in Palestine and now in Iran. This is a no question debate. I call this question Adam and chairs. Thank you. He's don't call me madam. Your point's quite well made. Speaker again, sank delegates not to call me madame chair who madame la Presidents, I'm a non binary send my pronouns. Are they of them in their chair? Is sufficient? Dude? That's it? You can't like she makes a great point right. Canada will not send ten thousand troops to the American ten thousand troops in this blood bath, and the crowd cheers, and then the lady has to be corrected because she used madam chair. Do we really want these groups fighting with us anyway? No, get the hell out right, drink your syrup. Enjoy your comments. Bitch, Do not refer me. I didn't say madam chair. No. If you're going to call me a bitch, at least say they them first. They them bitches. Hey, if Kevin is Kevin called in, no, you got time. Okay, if he calls in, you just butt in. But I do have a couple others that I added. All right, Okay, this is just a guy listening to her, so he's less important. But listen to this is the lady that's on Fox News, right. I really don't watch Fox News, but I know I see enough clips and know that that's what she's from. So let's listen to what she has to say to Hakeem Jeffries about the Democratic Party. One of the main reasons that we lost the twenty twenty four election was that we let hundreds of millions of people stream across the border. So what is the Democratic plan to show people that were serious about this problem? Well, we definitely have to be clear that we believe that who should have a secure border. That's first and foremost, and I think we've repeatedly endeavored to make that clear throughout this Congress. We were slow to act as an administration and as a party on the southern border crisis, and it hurt us not simply with traditional Republican voters or swing voters, but in some segments of our own based communities and in communities of color, including right here in New York. Okay, you can cut off there. I am, okay, you can. He doesn't. He doesn't add much there, but go ahead, you can finish. Jeffers want to tell the truth about the border. They know they're supposed to secure that border, and you let the border open, then you get the people, all them benefits, and now you want to protect them and cry about it. Come on, make it okay. So that is what's cool about social media is and you can hear black people tell you. So they don't all think the same. And even though they were telling you for years and years they did. Okay, I snuck this one in on you. But on the last one, Hakeem Jeffries is going to literally come out of his mouth and say we care about a secure border. And it took us a while to get here. Okay, during the four years of Biden, they were still telling us the border was secure. Do you remember that. He's literally the same guy that was lying to you. Then he's lying to you. You now just to get elected. And once they're elected, they're letting them across the border again. Like healthcare. Yeah, one hundred percent. You created the healthcare and now you're sitting here telling us it's unaffordable. Yes, and that's somehow that's Trump's fault. Yes, let me ask you a quick question. Okay, Trump our X where you can go to get prescription drugs cheap? Okay, right, I mean it is there. It's not a lie. Yeah. If you're a liberal and you can't afford your drugs, are you that petty that you will not buy your drugs on Trump are act? Of course they will. That's crazy to me. Yeah, all right, So this was one I didn't know if I'd be able to get this in if if Kevin was calling. You got one minute. Okay, So this is the world speech record. You asked last week about what comes into your algorithms. I didn't know that you were ever going to give me my own segment to do this, So I tried to jump. I try to put this in the half at it it says two hundred and eighty eight jumps in ten seconds. Watch the little Chinese guy go, who's counting? Can you go to the comments, because that's the best part of this is the comments. Obviously, I think it's a I'm counting. What did he say? I counted to eighty one? Oh man? The comments are so good. My upstairs neighbor at no. The second comment is the best, the first man to walk on the sun. What did the ones say that my upstairs neighbor? The ones that like stop that stomp everywhere? So I'm guessing that was a I. But I have no idea anymore. Why would that judge be back? There is there anyone that can really count? There's no way. But usually it's his AI generated I guess. I know. There can be like a little logo they should you should be required to put a. Is that what that is? Right there? Is that a little logo telling you? Right there is that? Could that be what it is? How can you tell if something's a I? Oh? There is usually a label at the bottom says he I generated this didn't have that though. Okay, but there's no that's crazy. We're just gonna have it on repeat the entire time. This is what Kevin's like when he's trying to pat down the dirt after. Or Kevin, you get to. Sit there for so long, Kevin, You're gonna have to watch the show to know what we're talking about. Welcome. You might have hang up? Did you hung up? God? What was an idiot? My man? They named that guy Wan Wan. Wan Supper. One. What are you talking about? That's the Chinese guy. He was something. He was Wan Supper. Did you a record? Did you watch it? Yeah? Oh he must be watching live. He was like speedy Gunzala. Dude. Sometimes this week, when I was driving, I would think about two longs don't make a wife, and I would just laugh by myself going down the road. O Lord, I glad I could help you along the way. During the week, Yes, I needed it. There was a What's Happening in Virginia? Virginias? We got pounded with rain? Yeah it is. It's not the good soap can It's just showers, And I mean it is. It's like a it's like a summer afternoon thunder. Still yeah, like right now. Earlier, about an hour ago during our interview. Shine, just before that, the devil was beating his life. Those stupid little sayings that we used to have as kids, Yeah, they're just crazy. You know what raining cats and dogs meant? Do you know what the term raining cats and dogs? While they said it, no give us so at nighttime? Apparently I don't know why this is true, and I swear I think this is the truth. But you had that truths and animals, your the pets would they didn't come inside. They would be in the trees, they would be in the roof that thatched. They would try to warm up so when it rained, it's softened and they would fall through. So it would be raining cats and dogs. And your tell you that. Look, I get staffed to look it up, but I'm pretty sure that's the story. Do you ever do that Google? Where did that term come from? Yeah? Oh yeah. I often times wonders stuff like that, like for crying out loud, what what does that mean? Or crying out loud? What you don't have a pot to piss in? That was true. It was back in the days before bathrooms, you had a pot to piss. In but lost they Yeah. Yeah, so there's a story behind it anyway. How are things in South Carolina? Yeah? South Carolina, we're. Doing pretty good. Do you know the old SAMs where I be over your house directly? Yeah, that's what my mem all used to say. You say what directly? Directly? Yeah? I remember? Directly? Or reckon? I reckon, wreck them, damn near kill them? What chens are doing? What? Uh? What do you got planned for this weekend? Anything good? Coming up to see mem all? You are? Our sister is going to bring. Her an electric sense for what put an electric fence around her garden so they do keep that of it. It's money nice. What your sister's going to Charlottesville? There's a Luke Comb's concert. To me to that, there's no chance because she's not going to that. He's not going, she's not. Well. She invited me in to something. Her, her and her husband are taking their son. He's going to the concert. Oh, I know, that's what they said. Ask man Marty if we wanted to go to the damn concert. That's nice. And I didn't tell you about Marty because I told her that Marty couldn't make. It April fools, bride. Dude, let me just tell you I got stood up two days ago. Why do you think that's funny. I went to a restaurant. I went to a restaurant to have a drink and he left. Yeah, just walked out. And that was it. Wouldn't textsn't nothing left. Yep, fuck with me. I wasn't messive with you. I was not. I got two d but I. Was able to save myself money you did. I went over to Bradley's Good, had a rum and coke. Yew le'd you take your own room? Silver, went by the ABC store in dude, Kevin. Uh, it was embarrassing and I still don't know what happened to this. I do not know what happened. I went in. I always get two bottles because I always like to keep spare somewhere, and uh, I get in to go get my two bottles. Go up to the cash register. She said twenty one bucks. I said, okay. I tapped my card. She says, okay, that'll be thirteen bucks. I said, what do you mean? She said, apparently you only had seven bucks on that card. Like, no, that's my debit card. And she's like she's looking at me like I'm homeless, and she's like, okay, it's that's all that you could pay. And I'm like, what, Like, I'm not picking up what she's putting down. Yeah, and she says it says card declined, that it only took seven bucks, and I'm like, that doesn't make it's not. That sounds like you got scammed. So she's like, use a different card, and again I was starting to get mad. But so I pay with another card and then I'm looking at the receipt because it just doesn't make sense, and I'm it literally says card decline. So I'm like, dude, did I pay something and forgetting yeah, you know, my checking account down. I'm like this doesn't sound right. So I'm angry walking to my truck, and then it dawns on me. I went, oh, she's probably used to dealing with idiots all day that don't have money, and so all night long I was worried. So because I don't have log in stuff to my bank on my phone, I do on my computer. Yeah, me too, So I log on my computer and I'm like, what the hell. It was plenty of money and I still don't know what happened. That's wow. I mean it shows the seven bucks that was removed. Why would it do that. I don't even know how you would be charged. I know down here in South Carolina, my bank it won't allow me to spend but twenty five hundred dollars a day in transaction. So if I go spend more than that, it wonlyed. Oh you know what, now that you said something. I did pay for all of our excursions on me and Ashley's excursions for the cruise ship, which was like sixteen hundred bucks. Your go, and then Carolina. I didn't think of that, so there was the max spent in a day. Huh Okay, that makes sense now, man, I was I hate those rule things. By the way, let me just live Kevin. If you want to make good money and you're good at this type stuff, just move to Alaska and do an excursion excursion. The amount of money they get is ridiculous. But how much you. How much do you think it would cost to go whale watching for two hours? One hundred and fifty bucks. You're not even in the ballpark. I don't know. I watch it every night at seven thirty. I'm a wheel watch. Oh you said, a whale watch. I'm seven hundred and some dollars per person for two hours two hours. The excursions in Alaska off the cruise ship. I just pull up a YouTube video. We're doing a train ride. That's four hundred bucks apiece. Forget that. But every everything was like that. I'm like, what in the world. You're making. Memories? It's the cost. What's the cost of a memory though? Frian, Oh, it's priceless with my wife. Priceless. Yeah, she's back. She came back. Nothing love nothing. Oh my god, the worst nickname in the history of nicknames. I can't believe she came back. I can't either, not without a suitcase. Oh, let me tell you what happened to her a couple of days ago. So I went to pick up Reagan when I got stood up for dinner. That's the reason you're coming to town. And Ashley had to she was going to uh practice at the polls. She's a pole watch or whatever they called. She works for elections poll an answer, Yeah, sure, she's When I get home, she's in bed and I'm like, what's wrong with you. I'm thinking she's sick or something, and she said, no, I went to go pick up my car today. She got an inspection sticker on a car and it's within walking distance of the courthouse. And apparently she stepped. She stepped on the curb or something in face planet into the street. Her glasses went flying across like into the in the middle of the road, Ashley and twisted her ankle or something like that. Well, I am not the first of all our relationship is that if I did something like that. Dude, she's laughing and making fun of me. Yeah. I started laughing and realized this ain't gonna end. Well, you're scaring me. Uh. I told her I was going to look to try to find surveillance video. We had a friend this week get mad that America's funniest videos went to a Canadian. Lord. Yeah, I mean, of all the patriotic things you could be mad about, that's not one of mine. Hey, if this is a good question for all three of us, four of us? Yeah, if thanks for including Emma, How do you know you're the one excluded? True? Could have been me. You wouldn't leave me in a restaurant, could have been mean. Well, So the question I have is if you had to live in another country and you couldn't live in the United States. Where would it be? Where would you Where would you live? England? You would go, oh, God, not me, Kevin. Somewhere Kevin, can we speak the language? Or not? Ethiopia around. I don't know why. If I gave ten guesses that he would guess Ethiopia would not met in the top ten might have been eleven. Why would you pick? I would do an even canevil trick. I'd ride to they able to steak on the back of the motorcycle. I guess I'd pick Mexico. What many are Mexico, it's. I don't want to be cold. I was thinking Italy, Europe. I'm thinking Brian will guess he's going to be one to be in China. I was thinking more like Bermuda or Okay, Caribbean. Yeah, where you don't have the cartels. Yeah, I know, he said Mexico. Actually listen to Mexico is not I mean, there is dangerous news stories, but there is in New York City too, So I'm just thinking there's got to be any at the just grocery stores. There's it ain't cold. I don't know that is that we're just lucky to be in the country. Art like, I can't think of another country I really want. To go to. Yeah, right, it's exactly. What's kind of crazy is the reason I even consider Italy is because of the Winter Olympics. When they were showing all the mountains and everything. I was like, and then I know they got the coastline, so there's got to be somewhere in between. But I don't know Italian. That's true. I agree with you, Trent good. Thank you. Kevin. Where are we going? I ain't going to Ethiopia? Where you going? And Emma. Kansas? Okay, too much rain. We're listening Scotland's too much rain. I like to. Emma would pick. You know what, Israel would be a good place. That's a good point, missiles. That's what I thought Emma was going to pick with Israel. I'm going to Antarctica. Say she could part the red See. He's going. She's going to Gaza. He's going to rebuild it. All right, we'll catch up with you again next week. Kevin, you got any partying news for us? I don't think we. Want to know. Yeah. I should say one thing, well, actually two things, because you only have two things in life to worry about, whether you're healthy or whether you're sick. If you're healthy, you ain't got nothing to worry about. If you're sick, well, then you get two things to wear about. If I'm gonna get better or if I'm gonna get worse. If you get better, you ain't got nothing to where about. If you get sick or worse, you got two things to worry about. Am I gonna die, I'm gonna live. If you live, oh, you ain't got nothing to worry about. If you die, you got two things to wear about. If I'm going to heaven, if I'm going to hell. If you go to heaven, I ain't got nothing to war with you. If you go to hell, you got two things to wear about either. Original Extra Christian. All right, so apparently has launched. I was looking to see if it launched. You found something? Yeah? What'd you see it on Fox? Oh? Okay, I was looking on XU. I didn't see anything yet. Yep, it has launched, sending astronauts to the moon. Ah read yep, I'm going to loop around the moon. We're just going to see it and come back. But we haven't done that since the seventies either. So that's so cool that we would try. And hey, man, if you don't, you lose it, you know what I mean. Yeah, we've gone fifty years and not done it. You think they have a GoPro camera. I hope we got better technology. Dude. Watch Apollo thirteen, Emma. If you've never seen a Pollo thirteen, you should watch a Pollo thirty time. It is really really good. All right, what's her ender show? So in correlation with the launching of the moon, this is what we did in nineteen sixty nine. This is the landing of the moon. So great interview. By the way, Hey, great interview last week delegates there. I had a lot of comment feedback from that. Ye, thank you again, Emma for all you do here at where's this coming? We're having us what?
